The Challenge
H&S Store faced critical challenges in modernizing their retail operations across 6+ physical store locations. The primary challenge was implementing real-time inventory synchronization across all locations to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent overselling. Additionally, they needed multi-currency support (KWD, SAR, USD) to serve customers across the GCC region. The platform required bilingual Arabic/English support with RTL (right-to-left) layout capabilities to cater to their local market. Technical challenges included building native iOS and Android mobile applications, integrating with the KNET payment gateway for secure local payments, and creating a scalable e-commerce platform capable of handling high traffic volumes while maintaining real-time inventory accuracy across multiple physical locations.
